Our Story
We’re Sarah and Simon. Simon loves beer. Sarah loves cocktails. Neither of us particularly enjoys spending half the evening queuing behind someone who’s ordered six espresso martinis.
At a friend’s wedding in Santorini, we accidentally found our compromise: the drink that became Cimoníta.
Back home, we kept making it for friends. They kept asking where they could buy it. Eventually, we ran out of reasons not to give them an answer.
So we’re building Cimoníta: a premium lager cocktail, ready to pour. Born in Santorini, developed in Scotland.
